Subscriptions & installments

Know what's already spoken for.

Drachma finds your subscriptions and installment plans on its own, in the statements you already import. No bank login. See how much of each month is already committed, catch price rises, and know if something you cancelled charges you again.

Subscriptions

Spotted for you, then watched.

  • Found automatically. Drachma spots what repeats in your history and in every new statement, and knows Netflix, Spotify, Apple, Google and more by name.
  • Price rises, flagged. Know when a subscription quietly starts costing more.
  • Asks, doesn't guess. When a statement can't tell a renewal from a one-off purchase, Drachma asks you once.
  • "I cancelled this." Mark it cancelled, and Drachma tells you if it ever charges you again.
  • Renewal remindersPlus A heads-up before something renews, so you can cancel in time.

Free tracks 3 subscriptions. Plus tracks all of them.

Installments

Taksit, understood.

  • Finds plans by itself. Drachma spots installment plans on your card statements and keeps each plan's payments together.
  • Paid, left, and when it ends. See what's paid and what's left on every plan, how much each month is already committed, and when money frees up.
  • Asks when unsure. If something only looks like an installment, Drachma checks with you first.
  • Your own plans too. Add a plan by hand whenever you like.

Free for everyone.

See the months ahead Plus

The next six months already spoken for, the month each plan ends, and what your subscriptions really cost in a year.

What it does

Made for people who'd rather keep their money to themselves

No feeds, no ads, no bank login. Just the fastest honest way to know where your money goes, and a coach that celebrates wins at least as loudly as misses.

Log it in about three seconds

A keypad-first flow tuned until it's muscle memory: quick-add tiles for your usual spots, "buy again" pills that prefill everything, name suggestions that learn your spellings, and a pattern nudge that logs your routine coffee in one tap.

Amount, category, done.

Envelopes with a buffer

Split a monthly plan into envelopes and keep the rest as a flexible buffer. Run an envelope over? Cover it from the buffer in one tap. Amber means approaching, terracotta means over, never alarm red. Budget history shows your last six months.

A coach, not a scold.

Goals that tell the truth

Rings, milestones, and an honest projected finish date; behind shows in honey, never red. Fund goals four ways: any-time top-ups, monthly earmarks, month-end buffer sweeps and spare-change round-ups. Each goal shows where its money comes from.

Confetti at 25, 50, 75 and 100%. 🎉

Scan receipts, import statements

Point the camera at a receipt and get every line item, read entirely on your phone. Drop in bank statements as PDF, CSV or Excel: Drachma matches duplicates so nothing counts twice, and picks out your subscriptions and installments as it reads.

Your receipts never leave your phone.

Insights down to the item

Not just "Groceries: a lot." See where each category goes, where the month is heading and what changed since last time, with your subscriptions and installments at a glance. Plus adds six-month trends, a monthly health check, a look inside your baskets item by item, and the months ahead.

Item-level truth, zero judgment.

Momentum, never shame

Streaks, XP and achievements that stay on your side. Miss a day and your streak is healing, not reset. Badges celebrate what you did. Nothing nags about what you didn't.

Wins get celebrated louder than misses.

  • Everything in Free
  • Unlimited receipt scans and statement imports
  • Unlimited envelopes, goals and subscriptions
  • The deep reads: six-month trends, a monthly health check, and a look inside your baskets, item by item

Start free. Upgrade any time in Settings → Drachma Plus.

Plus is billed by Google Play or the App Store and renews until you cancel in your store's subscription settings. It stays on until the end of the period you paid for, and "Restore purchase" brings it back on a new phone. Reaching a Free limit never locks what you already have. If Plus can't be checked, say because you're offline, Drachma falls back to Free. Paying doesn't change the privacy deal: your budget data never leaves your phone, Plus included.

How Drachma works

Offline-first is privacy-first.

"Your money data never leaves this phone. There's no server to send it to. That's the whole design."

That's the first thing Drachma tells you when you open it, and the code keeps the promise. There is no sign-up, no bank connection, no sync service, and no company database with your spending in it.

Questions

Fair questions, straight answers

What is Drachma?

Drachma is a budget app for Android and iOS that keeps your money data on your phone. Log spending by hand, scan receipts or import bank statements, and Drachma finds your subscriptions and installment plans and helps you plan with envelopes and goals. There's no account, no bank login and no server.

Why doesn't Drachma connect to my bank?

On purpose. Bank sync means a company holds your credentials and a server holds your transactions. Drachma is built for people burned by that trade: logging by hand takes about three seconds, and the act of typing it is what makes you notice it.

If you have a backlog, you don't have to type it all: import your bank statement and Drachma reads it on your phone, picking out subscriptions and installment plans as it goes.

How does Drachma find my subscriptions without my bank?

From the statements and receipts you already import, plus what you type. Drachma spots charges that repeat and knows popular services like Netflix, Spotify, Apple and Google by name. All of it happens on your phone.

Does it understand installments (taksit)?

Yes. Drachma recognizes installment plans on Turkish card statements, keeps each plan's payments together, and shows what's paid, what's left and when it ends. If it isn't sure, it asks you first. You can also add a plan by hand. Installments are free.

What happens when I switch phones?

Create a backup in Settings: a single .drachma file sealed with AES-256 encryption and a passphrase you choose. Move it however you like (cable, drive, your own cloud), install Drachma on the new phone, and restore. Nothing passes through us, because there is no us-side server.

Does anything ever leave my phone?

Your money data doesn't: there's no account and no server for it. Two optional diagnostics do, unless you turn them off in Settings: crash reports, and anonymous usage stats limited to a fixed list of events like "entry logged with the keypad". Never amounts, merchants, categories or names. If you buy Plus, your app store and Adapty, the subscription service Drachma uses, confirm it and still never see your budget. The privacy policy lists every event.

How much does it cost?

Drachma is free, with no ads and no time limit. Manual logging is unlimited on every plan. Free includes 30 receipt scans and 5 statement imports in total to get you started, up to 5 envelopes, 2 goals at a time and 3 tracked subscriptions.

Drachma Plus is an optional subscription that removes those limits and adds deeper Insights, a view of the months ahead, and renewal reminders. It's billed through your app store, and the price is shown in the app before you confirm. Compare Free and Plus.

Which platforms, languages and currencies?

Android and iOS. Drachma speaks English, Turkish, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese and Russian. It handles 40 currencies with proper symbols and formatting, lets you choose when your week and month start, and comes in Light, Dark and true-black OLED themes.

Is my data safe if my phone is lost?

The database is encrypted with a key stored in your device's secure hardware, so it's protected by your phone's lock. Backups are sealed with your own passphrase; without it, they can't be opened. Choose a passphrase you'll remember: there's no reset, because nobody but you holds a key.

Start your money story tonight.

Free on both stores, with Plus if you want more room. Three seconds to your first entry, and everything after that stays between you and your phone.
